Thank you for visiting Baigu Uncle. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our official website, baiguuncle.com.

Baigu Uncle creates original moving wooden works, kinetic wooden gifts, handmade wooden art pieces, and related products for desks, homes, and thoughtful gifting. Our products are shipped from China unless otherwise stated.

  1. Order Processing

After your order is placed, we will process it as soon as possible.

Most orders are prepared within 2–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, handmade production schedules, quality checking, packaging, holidays, or other operational factors.

During holidays, high-demand periods, limited releases, handmade production periods, or unexpected delays, processing may take longer.

If there is an unusual delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

  1. Shipping Origin

Baigu Uncle orders are generally shipped from China.

Because our products are original wooden works and some items may include lighting, moving structures, electrical parts, or built-in rechargeable lithium batteries, shipping methods and available destinations may vary depending on the product, carrier rules, and local import requirements.

  1. Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

We may ship to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and selected international destinations, depending on checkout availability and carrier support.

We may not be able to ship to every country, region, remote area, military address, P.O. box, restricted location, or destination with special carrier limitations.

  1. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary depending on your destination, product type, order weight, package size, carrier availability, and checkout settings.

For mainland China orders, we may use SF Express or other suitable domestic carriers where available.

For Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and international orders, we may use standard international shipping, expedited international shipping, or other suitable logistics services depending on the destination and product.

The shipping method available to you will be shown at checkout where applicable.

  1. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your destination, selected shipping method, carrier route, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our direct control.

Estimated shipping times shown at checkout or provided by email are for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International delivery may take longer if the package is delayed by customs inspection, import clearance, local carrier processing, remote area delivery, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other local conditions.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product weight, package size, remote area status, and carrier requirements.

In some cases, remote areas, special delivery locations, oversized packages, battery-related carrier requirements, or special routes may require additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order, we will contact you by email before shipment.

If you do not agree to any additional shipping fee that may be required before shipment, we may help cancel or adjust the order where possible.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Tracking updates may be slower during international transit, customs clearance, carrier handover, holidays, or local delivery processing.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges required by your country or region.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their local authorities.

Baigu Uncle is not responsible for delays, return-to-sender costs, customs holds, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by customs procedures, unpaid duties or taxes, local import restrictions, or incomplete import information provided by the customer.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, and recipient information are accurate and complete before placing your order.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable shipping information provided by the customer, any related shipping fees, return shipping fees, interception fees, carrier handling fees, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may be deducted from any refund, unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.

  1. Remote Areas and Special Delivery Locations

Some destinations may be considered remote areas or special delivery locations by carriers.

Remote area delivery may require additional shipping time, additional shipping fees, carrier handover, local pickup, or alternative delivery arrangements.

If a carrier identifies your address as a remote area or special delivery location after checkout, we may contact you by email before shipment to confirm the available options.

  1. Refused Packages and Failed Delivery

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered because of incorrect address information, unreachable recipient, unpaid customs duties or taxes, local import restrictions, or customer-requested cancellation after shipment, any related shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, remote area fees, carrier handling fees, or other local charges may be deducted from any refund.

This does not apply if the issue was caused by our confirmed error.

  1. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us by email with your order number, tracking number, and any relevant photos or information.

Please note that delivery delays caused by customs, weather, local carrier issues, public holidays, remote area delivery, incorrect shipping information, recipient unavailability, or other circumstances outside our direct control are not guaranteed delivery failures.

If the product arrives damaged or appears to have a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case according to our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Products with Electrical Parts or Built-In Batteries

Some Baigu Uncle products may include lighting, electrical components, charging cables, adapters, or built-in rechargeable lithium batteries.

Shipping availability, shipping method, delivery time, and customs handling may vary for products with electrical parts or batteries, depending on the carrier and destination country or region.

If a product cannot be shipped to your destination because of carrier restrictions, battery-related restrictions, customs restrictions, or local import rules, we may contact you to adjust the order or cancel and refund the affected item.

  1. Order Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled, intercepted, returned to sender, or rerouted.

Where possible, we may help contact the carrier, but the final result depends on the carrier and shipment status.

If the carrier is able to intercept, reroute, or return the package, any related shipping fees, return shipping fees, interception fees, customs duties, import taxes, remote area fees, carrier handling fees, or local charges may be deducted from the refund, unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.

  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

For returns without a confirmed product defect, wrong item, or shipping damage, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return confirmation and return instructions from Baigu Uncle by email.
