Thank you for visiting Baigu Uncle. We create original moving wooden works for desks, homes, and thoughtful gifting. This Shipping Policy explains how we prepare, pack, and ship your order.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, we will process it as soon as possible.

Most orders are prepared within 2–7 business days. During holidays, high-demand periods, limited releases, or handmade production periods, processing may take a little longer.

If there is any unusual delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

Orders are shipped from China.

We currently support selected mainland China regions, Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan, and selected international destinations. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Shipping methods and fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Mainland China orders may use SF Express or another suitable tracked carrier depending on the destination and order situation.

Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan orders are handled separately from mainland China orders and international orders.

International orders may offer standard and expedited shipping options when available. The final options shown at checkout depend on the destination, product weight, and available shipping routes.

Some remote areas or special delivery locations may require additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order and cannot be fully calculated at checkout, we will contact you by email before shipment.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your destination, selected shipping method, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated shipping times shown at checkout or by the carrier are for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by customs inspection, weather, public holidays, local carrier delays, remote area handling, or incorrect shipping information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If tracking does not update immediately, it does not always mean the package has not moved. Some carriers update tracking only after the package reaches the next processing point.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges required by your country or region.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their local authorities or carriers.

If a package is delayed, refused, returned, or held because duties, taxes, import fees, customs information, or local charges are unpaid or incomplete, any related costs may be deducted from the refund unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned, delayed, intercepted, or requires extra handling because of an incorrect address, missing phone number, failed delivery, or customer-provided information error, any related shipping, return, interception, carrier handling, or local charges may be deducted from the refund unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.

Shipped Order Changes and Interception Requests

If an order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation, interception, rerouting, or return-to-sender service.

We can try to help contact the carrier where possible, but the final result depends on the carrier and the shipment status.

If the carrier is able to intercept, reroute, or return the package, any related shipping, return shipping, interception, customs, import tax, remote area, carrier handling, or local charges may be deducted from the refund unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us by email with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.

If the package or product arrives damaged, please keep the product, original packaging, outer shipping box, and protective materials while we review the case.

We will review the situation and help you communicate with the carrier when possible.
