Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order, unless otherwise required by applicable law or clearly stated at checkout.
To request a return, please contact us first before sending any item back.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Because our products are handmade wooden works with moving parts, lights, or delicate structures, please keep the product box, outer shipping box, and protective packaging until you are sure the item is in good condition.
Returns may not be accepted if the item is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, modification, or missing parts not caused by our error.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the product box and outer shipping box
- A short description of the issue
We will review the situation and help determine whether a replacement, repair support, partial refund, or refund is appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Return shipping
Please contact us before returning any product. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Unless the issue was caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, a damaged item, or a confirmed product issue.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned package if tracking is not available.
Items that may not be eligible for return
Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:
- The return request is made after the return window.
- The item has been used, damaged, modified, or improperly handled.
- The item is missing parts, packaging, or accessories.
- The issue is caused by normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow basic care instructions.
- The item was returned without contacting us first.
